Special Events 2023

Lingonrundan 2&3 September 2023 (10-15)

Welcome at a lot of Lingonställen in the western part of Småland. It's a network with more then 90 places to visit. Among them are musea, shops, farmshops, arts & handcrafting, flowers, vegetables and design. Mostly small companies or enthousiasts with a hobby. The products are produced in the neighborhood. Have a look on their own website. Some have opened the year around, some only in Summer but most of them open at the special event days, around Eastern, Spring, after Summer and before Christmas. You will recognize them with a special flag. There is something to find for every one! Please take a look on the website: www.lingonrundan.com

Tusen Trädgården 30th of June 2024

A lot of Swedish gardens open their private gates in Sweden. Organised by the Riksförbundet Svensk Trädgård. A perfect day to take a look in a private garden somewhere in the neighborhood. For more information or adresses: Tusen Tradgardar

Land öppen Trädgård 14th of July 2024 (12-18)

Another option where a lot of Swedish gardens open their private gates in Sweden. Organised by the Land Magazine. It's a perfect option to get inspired by other gardeners in your surroundings. A perfect day to have a look! For more information or adresses:  https://oppentradgard.land.se/

Other opening hours (öppettider) 2024

In June, July and August mostly two weekends (Saturday & Sunday 11-16). Of course it's depending on the weather too, we only have outdoor places. So when we have time and the weather is good, we can open extra. Maybe even a spontaneous opening on weekdays in summer.
But with rainy cold weather it's not making sense to open. Please follow the actual announcements the week before on this weblog, (Facebook) or Instagram (Sjobygget_Tradgard).

Växtloppis

You can find the växtloppis at the roadside. It's always open (may till oktober) 😉...

Please take a look when you are driving by. I will fill up daily with the last cuttings or seedlings. Sometimes annuals (one year plants), mostly perennials (long living plants).
