Make new stuff old again

Yes, I just finished my latest project. I made new stuff, what I didn't like that mutch, look nice old again. I'm happy with this first result. What do you think?

Spring feelings / Vår känslor

When you see plants growing, even inside of your house, it gives a spring feeling. There is already more light outside, especially when there is snow. It reflects, so it feels even more light.
You can feel the energy again!

När du ser att plantor växer, även om det är inom huset, det ger vår känslor. Det finns redan mer ljus utan, speciellt när det finns snö. Det reflekterar, så det känns ändå mer ljus.
Du kan känna nytt energi igen!

My eyes have to get used to the sunlight again. But what a views! Shiny ice, blue sky and lot of diamants glittering in the snow. It gives lots energy again!

Snowy Småland

It is always nice with snow in Småland. You see the little small houses in red, the green trees with some snow, it is looking like a fairy tail. And I can tell you, it is. You keep making pictures.

Wet wet wet

Really incredible, lots of water in the garden... After a really wet summer, autumn and winter (worst in 50 years) the water in the lakes, rivers and gardens is very high.
I really hope the plants will manage, because water (rotdamage) is a bigger problem then coldness. Keep my fingers crossed 🙏

Living in a Christmas Card / Bo i et Julkort

Yes, it is a lot of snow here, it is like living in a Christmas Card. I like it a lot. It's beautiful.
Even if it is not that easy always. When I have to go out with the car on the roads early and they have not cleaned yet. But I did anyway, and I really enjoyed it.

Det är mycket snö nu här. Det är som et livet i en Julkort. Jag gillar det mycket. Det är så vackert.
Det er inte alltid lätt. När du ska köra bil tidigt i morgon och vägar är inte skjutit. Men det körte ändå, och jag gillade det.

Hello, so nice you are visiting my blog. I'm Brun Arntz. Since 2016 I'm living on the countryside in Småland Sweden. I'm working on a lot of creative projects. My biggest project is my dream was to create a big garden, with a nice natural design filled with self grown flowers with my green fingers. As you can reed in my blog, I'm still working on this project now. It makes my happy to live so close to nature, to go with the flow. It brings me a lot of balance in my life. Another project is to be creative with natural materials to make home and garden decorations. For Christmas, Wintertime, Eastern, Spring or just a normal day. That gives me a lot of spirit! Or in wintertime I try to renew old stuff. It is easy to scoren some old furniture in a famous Swedish loppis (Secondhand). Of course with nice colors in the Scandinavian style, light, simply and natural. Specially green, of course... Now I'm dreaming to have a typical Swedish Trädgårdscafe where people can have Swedish Fikatime (time for having coffee and cakes) with a lot of places to sit somewhere in a very nice garden. But the Coronavirus disturbed my planning....but maybe next spring? Great that you want to follow some my projects. I hope it will give you good spirit and inspiration too. Greetings from Brün

My garden

Once upon a time there was a very nice garden around Stegaryd Sjöbygget Gamla Skola. After the school was closed in the 50's the new owner started creating a garden around the place. The place was well known in the surroundings to be full of flowers and the lady was always working in the garden (a little bit like me now, just because I like it so much). When she got too old the house was sold as a summerhouse, the garden was not longer taken care of. When we came, in 2016, we started to clean up and recover what once was there. Because gardening, designing, creating and growing plants is my passion and love. The goal is to create a natural garden with grandma's plants and some prairiegarden influences. After 5 years, we are not ready yet but a lot of heavy work is done now. It's starting to be a nice garden again. Judge it yourself on my weblog.
